We are in the process of changing our name to become the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme). The new name more accurately reflects the range of financial service providers among our Participants.
The name change will take effect from 1 November 2015, however our Participants will be updating their documents with our new name and details from 1 July 2015 onwards. You can now reach us from either the current or new contact details below.
On 1 November we will update all of our online and printed material, but our old web and email addresses will remain activated.
