The Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme farewells Dame Paula Rebstock after eight years as Chair of the IFSO Scheme Commission, and welcomes new Chair Sue Suckling.

Sue Suckling brings vast commercial and leadership experience to the role, together with 25 years of public and private sector governance.
