Our conference this year will draw on the IFSO Scheme's 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. All of our Participants are invited to attend, including insurers, financial advisers, and credit providers - there will be something for everyone! 

We are pleased to announce the following speakers and sessions: 

• Hon Scott Simpson, Minister of Commerce & Consumer Affairs, will give a political update on recent developments and what's ahead in the regulatory environment.

• Clinical Psychologist Dr Kirsten Wooff will run an expert session "Clear Heads, Clear Solutions: Navigating Customer Complaints with Confidence". 

• Dr Pushpa Wood will give a research perspective on financial literacy - where we have come from, and where we are headed. 

• Ombudsman Karen Stevens will share some of the most interesting and illustrative cases from across 30 years of the IFSO Scheme. 

• IFSO Scheme Legal Counsel Christina Gibson will speak on consumer vulnerability and fairness implications for those in the credit sector.  

• Katie de Roo will run a session on the future of fairness - emerging issues for financial service providers. 

We will also be running our popular case study “speed-dating” sessions again, where attendees discuss IFSO Scheme cases in-depth and get insights from the IFSO Scheme case managers. 

At the end of the day we will finish with drinks and canapés to celebrate our 30-year milestone.
