1.15pm-1.45pm Interactive session looking at how to deal with clients in vulnerable circumstances, considering CCCFA obligations in respect of borrowers and guarantors - Virginia Douglas, Principal Consultant, Mosaic

1.45pm-2.00pm Afternoon Tea

2.00pm-3.15pm Interactive workshop with our IFSO Scheme Case Managers, using recent IFSO Scheme consumer credit case studies including motor vehicle finance

Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-registered basis.
